15% Deposit

• If you cancel 60 or more days before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a $25 processing fee.
• If you cancel 30 to 59 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit minus a $25 processing fee.
• If you cancel 0 to 29 days before the retreat start date, the deposit is non-refundable.

 Remaining Balance

• If you paid the full amount at the time of booking and cancel 60 or more days before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
• If you paid the full amount at the time of booking and cancel 30 to 59 days before the retreat start date, we will retain 50% of the deposit, minus a $50 processing fee, and refund you the remaining amount.
• If you only paid a deposit at the time of booking, the remaining balance will be due 30 days before the retreat start date.
• If you cancel 0 to 29 days before the retreat start date, the deposit and the remaining balance are non-refundable—no exceptions. 

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance so you are covered in case you do need to cancel your retreat plans due to illness or some other unforeseen circumstance.
