15% Deposit

• 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before the retreat start date.
• 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before the retreat start date.
•  0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-29 days before the retreat start date.

 Remaining Balance

• If you paid the full payment at the time of booking, you would receive a 100% refund for cancellation 60+ days before the retreat start date.
• If you paid the full payment at the time of booking and cancel 30-59 days before the retreat date, we will keep 50% of the deposit and refund you the rest.
• If you only paid a deposit at the time of booking, the remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
• If you cancel 0-29 days before the retreat start date, the deposit and the remaining balance are nonrefundable.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance so you are covered in case you do need to cancel your retreat plans due to illness or some other unforeseen circumstance.
